Call for Papers: Inaugural Issue of the Journal of Sustainable Basic Education

The Journal of Sustainable Basic Education (JSBE) is pleased to announce the opening of submissions for its inaugural issue.

JSBE is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal committed to advancing scholarly inquiry and evidence-based practices that contribute to quality, inclusive, resilient, future-ready, and sustainable basic education.

The journal welcomes original manuscripts that address significant issues, innovations, and emerging directions in basic education.

JSBE particularly encourages manuscripts that move beyond describing educational problems and contribute evidence, workable solutions, conceptual insights, innovations, or policy implications that can strengthen schools and learning communities.

Peer Review and Publication

Submitted manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening to determine their alignment with the journal's aims, scope, ethical standards, and basic scholarly requirements.

Manuscripts that pass editorial screening undergo independent peer review before an editorial decision is made.

Acceptance for publication is based on scholarly contribution, methodological rigor, quality of evidence, ethical integrity, clarity of presentation, and relevance to basic education.

Open Access

JSBE supports the open dissemination of educational research. Published articles are made freely accessible to readers without subscription or registration requirements.

Authors retain copyright to their published works, which are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) unless otherwise indicated.
